Funded by a Baruch College Teaching & Learning with Technology Partnership, the following short videos focus on the museum spaces NYC art survey teachers might send students as part of a response paper.
Use them in class as part of pre/post visit preparation in conjunction with the Museum Visit Resources handouts.
The Studio Museum in Harlem
The Metropolitan Museum of Art
The Rubin Museum
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum
More coming soon from: The Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Tenement Museum of New York, PS1, and the New Museum.

These strike me as largely worthless. They don’t really show art; they don’t suggest anything useful about the gallery settings; they don’t do much of anything. I was an art museum educator for many years and now teach art history at MD Inst College of Art. I am not sure who the intended audience might be but I cannot imagine any group I have worked with where these videos would have been a help.
